Meaning of Distraction
Distraction would mean that we are not able to concentrate in the work we do in daily life, not being able to concentrate the mind, getting tired, feeling stressed, because of all these reasons we are not able to concentrate on any work and, we are deprived of doing the work as we were supposed to do.
Our main topic in today's session is how to get rid of distractions. See friends, we are all well aware of the damages caused by not being able to put a lot of concentration in coming. We ourselves know that we are getting distracted, but still it dominates our mind so much, that we get distracted. The main objective of today's session is to find the reasons for this and to win over it. First of all, we try to know the reason for that, do we get distracted everywhere, or are we distracted in some work? And it happens why it is so that we get distracted while doing some things. We try to get to the bottom of it a little bit, and try to know from where this district is born inside us. What is its root, and then find a way to eliminate it from there.
Distraction is only a product of our mind, we just have to control our mind and we can get rid of this word of distraction. Now how to control the mind, for this you need great concentration, and for concentration you can do meditation, exercise, enjoy nature, give time to yourself, as much as you can to calm your mind. Keep it By doing this you can increase your power of concentration, and then forget about the distraction.
Some things to pay attention to, which you have to adopt in your daily life, and after this you will find that your concentration power has increased a lot. So what are those important things that you have to do, see friends, these things are very simple which you have to do, so any person can do it easily. Make your daily time table, break the difficult work into small pieces, keep only the object of work with you at the time of the work you are doing, like keep the phone on while studying, and turn off its notification. Keep it, do not keep any other object nearby, that means while doing the work you are getting distracted, then keep those things away from you. If you adopt these things in your daily life, then you can greatly increase your concentration power.
